ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 30 APRIL 2010
The annual general meeting of shareholders of Control Instruments was held on Friday, 30 April 2010 at
CI Automotive's warehouse distribution facilities, 59 Merino Avenue, City Deep, Johannesburg.
The requisite majority of shareholders approved all the resolutions set out in the notice of the annual general
meeting sent to shareholders on 31 March 2010.
The special resolution granting general authority to repurchase the Company’s shares has been lodged with
the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office.
