Control Instruments is an international group that provides products, services and components to the global automotive industry through its two businesses:

Pi Shurlok, which supplies the international original equipment manufacture (OEM) market; and

CI Automotive, which supplies branded products to the sub-Saharan Africa automotive aftermarket.
Control Instruments Group Limited has been listed on the JSE Limited ("JSE") since 1987.
It trades under the share code “CNL”, in the Electronic and Electrical Equipment - Electronic Equipment sector.
2008 is Control Instruments 60th birthday!
The original Control Instruments was established in 1948 to distribute Kienzle tachographs, Amano time and attendance equipment and Wika industrial instrumentation.
